  • How do I create an account?

  • Click on the My Account icon at the top right of your screen. Follow the process by entering your details on the form. You will receive an email to confirm your account creation.
  • What if I forget my password?

  • If you have forgotten your password, click on "Forgotten password?" and enter the email address that you used to create your account. You will then receive an email to reset your password.
  • How do I delete my account?

  • To delete your account, contact us using the contact form. After you delete your account, you won’t have access to your on-line documents (invoices) and your personal data cannot be recovered.
  • How are my personal data protected?

  • All the information you provide is strictly confidential. It shall only be used by Biovive’s internal departments for the purpose of processing your order or sending you information about our products. Your bank details are SSL encrypted and are never held or stored on the website. You can find all the details in our "Personal Data Protection Policy"
  • How do I change my personal details?

  • To change your personal details, log into your account and click on "My personal data"
  • Why do I have to provide my phone number?

  • Our carriers need this information to ensure that the delivery of your products goes smoothly.
  • Where can I find my invoice?

  • To view your invoice, log into your account and click on "Order details and history". Your invoice was also sent to you in PDF format in your order confirmation email.
  • How do I subscribe to the newsletter?

  • To subscribe to our newsletter, just fill in your email address in the box for this purpose at the bottom of each page. To unsubscribe, write to us at biovivejecoute@biovive.fr or click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each newsletter.
  • Are all products available on-line?

  • All Biovive products are available first and foremost on our website, subject to availability of stock.
